Diodes Launches 300mA LDOs for Automotive Power

This expansion introduces two distinct product series, the AP7583AQ and AP7583Q, both offering maximum output currents of 300mA and a low dropout voltage of 320mV. These LDOs are meticulously designed to cater to the specific demands of the automotive sector.
The applications for these cutting-edge LDOs are diverse, encompassing critical electronic components within vehicles. They find utility in vehicle body control modules, in-car network transceivers, electric vehicle (EV) battery management systems, external lighting infrastructure, and dashboard instrumentation.

Both the AP7583AQ and AP7583Q product series are versatile, offering fixed output voltage options (3.3V and 5V) as well as adjustable output versions. These LDOs accommodate a wide input voltage range spanning from 3V to 42V. Furthermore, all devices in the AP7583AQ and AP7583Q series adhere to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 specifications, ensuring robust and reliable performance in automotive environments. These devices are manufactured in facilities that hold IATF 16949 certification and offer support for PPAP documentation. The packaging options include 6-pin W-DFN2020 packages, while the AP7583AQ series also provides 8-pin MSOP and 4-pin TO252 package configurations.
